In the system, it is possible to register a person without an email, but it is important to understand the limitations of this type of registration. A registration without an email prevents access to the app and the admin panel but can be used for internal church records and management. If needed, an email can be added later to the profile.

How to Register a Person Without an Email

  1. Access the Admin Panel.

  2. In the left-side menu, select People.

  3. Click on General List.

  4. At the top right of the screen, click the New button.

  5. Fill in the required fields, such as first name and last name.

  6. The email field is not mandatory and can be left blank.

  7. Complete the registration by saving the information.

Limitations of Registering Without an Email

  • The person will not be able to access the admin panel (if they are a church manager or administrator).

  • Will not be able to access the app, as login requires a verified email.

  • The registration can only be used for internal administrative purposes within the church.

Adding an Email Later

If needed, an email can be added to the record at any time. Simply access the person’s profile, enter the email, and save the changes.

Registering without an email is a viable option for internal records, but to access functionalities such as app login or administrative permissions, a valid email is essential.
