If you are an Event Coordinator, you can also use InPeace Manager to help operate the event from your phone.
In the app, coordinators can:
log in with their InPeace account;
view only the events assigned to them as coordinator;
follow event attendees;
validate tickets by QR Code;
validate tickets from the attendee list;
operate events online or offline, when this option is available.
How to access
Download the InPeace Manager app from your device's app store.
Log in with your InPeace account.
Open the events area.
Select the event assigned to you.
If no event appears, check with the church administration whether your user was added as the event coordinator.
About coordinator access
The Event Coordinator can view only the events they were assigned to.
This means they will not have access to all church events, only to the events under their responsibility.
Online and offline validation
If there is internet at the event location, you can operate from the Online tab.
If the event takes place somewhere with no internet or an unstable connection, the attendee list must be downloaded in advance for offline validation. In this case, the event will appear in the Downloaded tab.
After validating tickets offline, remember to sync the validations when you have internet.
Important
The offline list includes the attendees available at the time of the download. New registrations made after that will only appear in offline mode if the list is updated while connected to the internet.
