How to view my event data in InPeace Manager
InPeace Manager allows you to follow event data directly from your phone, making event-day management easier.
On the event screen, you may see information such as:
total attendees;
ticket types;
number of validated tickets;
number of pending tickets;
usage percentage, when available.
How to access event data
Open the InPeace Manager app.
Go to the events area.
Choose the event you want to view.
Tap Data or the data icon shown on the event screen.
Online data
When you access the event from the Online tab, the data is loaded based on the information available in the system, depending on your internet connection.
This mode is recommended when you want to follow the most up-to-date event numbers.
To update the information, refresh the screen or open the event data again.
Data in downloaded events
When you access an event from the Downloaded tab, the data shown may consider the offline list saved on that device.
If there are offline validations that have not been synced yet, the numbers may not be reflected in the admin panel reports.
To update the general event data, connect to the internet and sync the pending validations.
Important
If the event has offline validations pending sync, the app may show a warning. In this case, complete the sync so the check-ins are sent to the system and the reports are updated.
