When creating a new cult in the admin panel, it is possible for you to choose whether to use the interactive chat functionality.
If you select the option “yes” in the field “allow public chat?”, it will automatically be available for users to send messages in the live service. If you don't want it, just disable it by selecting the “no” option in the same field.
