It is possible that when accessing and downloading a Report (for example, the Registration Report), the file is generated with disorganized information, but don't worry, following the step by step below, it is very easy to adjust.
1. Open Excel on your computer
2. In the top menu bar, find Data > From Text/CSV > Select the worksheet you want to adjust
3. With the report spreadsheet open, adjust the following settings:
File Source: 65001 Unicode (UTF -8) / Delimiter: Comma
4. Click Transform Data
5. To complete the process, click "Close and load" in the top left corner
Ready, your spreadsheet will be adjusted.
