When creating an event/course with a limited number of entries, when you reach the maximum amount of tickets available, even if there are cancellations, it will not be possible to release places for new entrants. See the example below:

Your Wednesday service has a capacity of 400 people, when you complete the 400 registrations, even if 1 person cancels, the Registration Report will show 399 subscribers, but in the system this canceled registration still occupies a place.

If this happens, the most suitable thing is to create a new ticket, with a new amount of free entries.
