Currently available on the InPeace platform are some access profiles that have specific purposes within the system, there are also functions that can be assigned to people directly within the modules. See below for more information:
Access Profiles
Access profiles can be assigned to a person by editing the access control of a registered person. The profiles currently available are:
Default user: allows access to the app only. Does not have access to the admin panel;
Content Manager: allows access to the app and the admin panel. Does not have permission to change user data and does not have access to financial information. With this profile you can also use the InPeace Manager and scan QR codes.
Administrator: allows access to the app and all the features available in the admin panel (such as using the InPeace Manager and reading QR codes).
Administrator 360: allows access to the app and to all the features available in the administrator panel, both in the headquarters and branch profiles, as well as the use of the InPeace Manager and QR Code reading in any of these profiles.
Event Manager: allows access only to the events/courses part of the system. With this profile, you can also use the InPeace Manager and scan QR codes.
Group/Cell Manager: allows access only to the groups/cells part of the system. With this profile, it is also possible to establish the Group/Cell Coordinators and Leaders in the Coordination Tree.
Access Functions
Access roles are assignments of certain people made exclusively via the module, such as leading groups/cells. See below for more information about the roles currently available in our platform:
Group/Cell Leader: by selecting a person as a group/cell leader, that person will have access to the application and administrative panel of the groups they are assigned as a leader, for management purposes, viewing reports and studies.
Group/Cell Co-Leader: When you select a person as a group/cell Co-Leader, that person will have access to the administrative panel of the groups he/she is in charge of as Co-Leader for management and support purposes. He/she has the same functions as the leader.
Group/Cell Coordinator: by selecting a person as a group/cell coordinator, he/she will have access to the administrative panel of the groups he/she is assigned as coordinator for management and supervision purposes.
