Changing the member journey stage in bulk allows you to update the status of multiple people at the same time, making the process faster and more efficient. Follow the steps below to complete this action:
Access your admin panel and go to the left-side menu, under People.
Click on General List.
Use the search bar to find the desired people.
Apply filters to refine the search and make selection easier:
We recommend using the Journey Stage filter to find exactly the people you want to update.
Adjust the number of records displayed per page by clicking on the arrow at the bottom of the page, next to the record count.
Select the desired people by checking the selection box on the left side of each record.
After selection, a Edit People button will appear below the search field. Click on it.
Select the Member Journey option.
Choose the new journey stage for the selected people.
Set the date that will be assigned to the new stage.
If needed, enable the membership card release option for all selected people at once.
Confirm the update by clicking Update.
After confirmation, all selected people will have their journey updated to the chosen stage.
