How to Configure the Member Journey?

Configuring the Member Journey allows you to customize the tracking stages of members within the church, adapting to the needs and structure of each organization. This feature enables better monitoring of the faith journey of both members and visitors.

Accessing the Settings

  1. In the left-side menu, go to the People module.

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. Select the Member Journey option.

Customizing the Journey

  • To edit the name of your church's journey, click on the text box and enter the desired name.

  • The journey consists of six stages, which can be adjusted and customized according to the church’s needs.

  • To reorder the stages, hold and drag the blue dots located on the left side.

  • To edit the name or description of a stage, click on the pencil icon next to the respective stage.

  • After making edits, click Save to confirm the changes.

Enabling or Disabling the Journey

  • If you do not want a stage of the journey to be visible for use, use the blue button on the right side to disable it.

  • This option can be reactivated at any time, as needed.

Configuring the Member Journey allows each church to tailor the system to its reality, ensuring more efficient and organized member tracking.
