Viewing notes in a person's record is an essential feature for accessing important information about a member or visitor. These notes may include pastoral care history, in-person prayer requests, ministry participation, or any other relevant information for tracking the person's journey.
Notes can be public, visible to everyone with access to the area, or private, accessible only to the person who created them. This way, it is possible to maintain a shared history when necessary or preserve confidential information.
Access your admin panel and go to the left-side menu, under People.
Click on General List.
Use the search bar and filters to locate the desired record by searching for an email, name, etc.
Click on the person's name to open the record, or on the right side of the record, click the blue arrow icon.
Select the Profile option.
On the next screen, click on the Notes tab.
Click on a note to view its details.
The notes are recorded in the system and can be accessed or edited at any time. This makes it easier to track each person's involvement in the church and helps maintain an organized history for better pastoral and administrative care.
