If you need to delete a person's record, don’t worry—it can be done through your admin panel. Follow these steps:
Access your admin panel and navigate to the People section in the left-side menu.
Click on General List.
Use the search bar and filters to locate the record by searching for an email, name, etc.
In the search results, click on the blue pencil icon on the right side of the record.
Once inside the record, click the blue pencil icon again to edit.
At the top of the screen, click on the arrow next to the "Save" button.
Select the "Delete" option.
Enter your password and click Delete.
Important:
Once deleted, this action is irreversible. The person will no longer have access to the system or the app.
