Keeping member records up to date is essential for church organization. The system allows you to edit information whenever necessary, ensuring that the data is accurate and complete.
Access the Admin Panel.
In the left-side menu, go to People and click on General List.
Use the search bar to find the person by name or email.
To access the editing area, click on the pencil icon on the right side of the displayed data.
Make the necessary changes.
After editing, click "Save" to confirm the changes.
Important: The email cannot be changed after it has been validated by the user.
By following this process, you can keep records updated, ensuring accurate and reliable information about the people in your church.
