How to Change a Person's Member Journey Stage?

A person's member journey within the system can be updated to accurately reflect their progress and current stage. To change the journey stage, follow these steps:

  1. Access your admin panel and go to the left-side menu, under People.

  2. Click on General List.

  3. Use the search bar and filters to locate the desired record by searching for an email, name, etc.

  4. In the search results, click on the person's name and then on Profile, or click on the blue arrow on the right side of the record and select Profile.

  5. In the profile, view the journey timeline:

    • Incomplete stages appear in gray.

    • Completed or ongoing stages appear in blue.

  6. To change the stage, click on the current stage and select the desired option.

  7. Enter the corresponding date and confirm the change.

After confirmation, the journey will be updated with the newly selected stage.
