The Member Journey is a visual way to track the actions performed by members within your church's app.

Through a table, you can view information about actions related to member interactions with the app, as well as key milestones in their journey that are recorded in their profile.

All of this is available in a single, well-organized environment, structured in a user-friendly way and sorted by date.

Within the Member Journey menu, you will find two main tables:

Activities

Displays all actions performed by the user within the app. These actions may include:

  • Prayer requests posted or responded to

  • Donations made

  • Event registrations

  • Use of the member card

  • Requests to join groups

You can filter these actions by type to improve visibility. The information is organized by type and sorted by date.

Milestones

Shows all information recorded in the person's profile, organizing their activity chronologically. Milestones are directly linked to date-type fields, including custom fields. When these fields are filled in the member's profile, they automatically appear in the timeline.
