You can send a notification to the entire church, to all churches within the organization (exclusive to InPeace One churches) or to a specific group
1. Sending a new notification
To send a new Notification you need to access the Communication Menu >> Notifications >> Configure Sending.
On this screen you need to choose how to send the Notification and we currently have Push Notification available, which is the one that goes directly to the user's application.
After clicking on configure sending, simply choose how to send your notification. In the Push Notification option, you will have some options according to your plan. Check below for more information.
2. Choose your recipient
You can select the message recipients, according to the options below, according to your plan:
Inpeace One (An app for your organization)
All people registered in this branch: Will send the notification to all people registered in the branch selected at the time of creating the notification;
All people registered in the organization: Will send the notification to all registered people in your organization, regardless of the branch;
Specific group: By selecting this option, you can create a group of people to receive notifications, based on dynamic filters.
Inpeace Full (Single application for your Church)
All registered people: It will send the notification to all people registered on your platform;
Specific group: By selecting this option, you can create a group of people to receive notifications, based on dynamic filters.
3. Schedule shipping or fire immediately
You can also choose to shoot immediately or schedule shipping. If you choose “NO” to schedule sending, the message will be sent immediately, being delivered to the recipients at the same time.
If you choose to schedule sending by selecting the “YES” option, you will need to enter the date and time for sending, so your message will be sent by the platform at the chosen time.
