You already know that with the InPeace platform, your church can carry out various communications with registered members and visitors. Now, we also offer the ability to send messages to birthdays of the day.
To access the functionality, simply click on the side menu of your admin panel on Communication > Notifications > Birthday message.
The functionality needs to be activated by the Church to work, if they want to use it.
To activate the functionality, simply access the page and choose “yes” in Activate birthday message sending.
It is important to remember that shipping has some established rules. The message is sent to the registered member or visitor's application at 7am in the time zone in which your Church is located. Notifications will be sent according to the date of birth registered in the person's profile.
When activating the functionality, you can choose to edit the title and text of the message, but if you want, you can also use the default text we provide.
The birthday message has a title, which has a limit of 50 characters, and content, which has a limit of up to 300 characters. You can always customize the message according to what you think is necessary. Every day, our system will check the most updated title and content so that it can send you notifications.
If you want to make the message even more targeted, you can use the command %NOME% to indicate that the person's name is displayed in the message.
