After configuring the hierarchical levels, it is necessary to associate each church with a specific level. To do this, first access the “Associate church” screen as follows:
Access the administrator panel with Hierarchy Manager access.
Navigate to the "Hierarchy" > "Hierarchical Levels" section.
If the logged in user has the Hierarchy Manager role at more than one level, a screen will be displayed to select the level they want to configure. Otherwise, the tree will already be displayed.
Click on the “…” of an existing level, where you want to associate churches.
Select “Join church”.
The “Join Church” screen appears.
Join church
While on the “Associate church” screen, to associate a new church:
Search for the church you want to join and select it.
Automatically, the selected church will appear in the list of churches added below.
Click “Save”.
Remove church
While on the “Associate church” screen, to remove a church association:
Search for the church you want to remove and deselect it.
Automatically, the unchecked church will be removed from the list of added churches below.
Click “Save”.
Comments
Churches that are already associated at other levels will be displayed for information purposes, but they will not be selectable. If you wish to make the exchange, you must first access the original level and remove that church, and then add it to another level.
Below the church search field, the number of churches that are without membership is displayed. This information is useful for efficient hierarchy management.
