What reports are available for managing small groups (cells)?

With your InPeace app, it is possible to access the management reports of small groups (cells). This way, you, who are a leader, will be able to follow the development of your group by period and access general information.

Just login to your church's admin, and then the Cells "Reports". See below which reports are available:

1. General Information Report

In this report, it is possible to follow general details that you want, such as name, ID, status, responsible information, categories, information about the participants' age and limits, place, date and time of the meetings. Just fill in and select the options below to search and view your report.

2. Group Report

In this report, you can track any analytical details you want, such as name, ID, number of open participation requests, total reported meetings, average ratings and attendance, total attendees and visitors. Just fill in and select the options below to search and view your report.

3. Active Participants

In this report, it is possible to track details of active group participants, such as name, date of birth, telephone, email, address, start of participation and percentage of attendance. Just fill in and select the options below to search and view your report.

4. Visitor Reports

In this report it is possible to follow details of visitors. You can see which group he visited and information such as: name, phone, email and date of visit. Just fill in and select the options below to search and view your report.

5. Study Report

In this report, it is possible to follow details of studies added on the platform, such as study name, ID, type, who added, status, creation date, total number of studies added by period, in which groups it was used, how many and which meetings were reported with the study, in addition to the date of each use. Just fill in and select the options below to search and view your report.

6. Report of Reported Meetings

In this report, it is possible to monitor details of reported group meetings, such as date of meetings, study or theme used, evaluation of meetings, events, whether there was an offer or not, time, place and host of the meeting, in addition to the number of participants present and visitors. Just fill in and select the options below to search and view your report.
