Notes on Hierarchy migration

With the implementation of the new Hierarchy functionality, some points are important to highlight:

  1. With the new Hierarchy functionality, the 360 Administrator role will no longer exist. All 360 Administrator users will be migrated to the roles: Administrator and Hierarchy Manager. Management must then be carried out by hierarchical managers according to need.

  2. When created or migrated, the organization will automatically come with a root level created with the name of the organization. This level cannot be deleted under any circumstances.

  3. Only the Hierarchy Manager can access hierarchical access management.

  4. The Hierarchy Manager can only view and assign user roles at levels to which he has access. Therefore, the greatest access within the hierarchy is the Hierarchy Manager at the root level - he will be able to see and assign all roles (at all levels) to a user.
