When tickets are validated offline in InPeace Manager, the check-ins remain saved on the device until they are sent to the system.
This upload is called sync. It must be done when the device is connected to the internet.
When to sync
Sync offline validations:
after finishing event check-in;
when you have internet again;
before removing downloaded event data;
when the app shows a pending validations warning;
before checking final event data in the admin panel.
How to sync
Connect the device to the internet.
Open the InPeace Manager app.
Go to the Downloaded tab.
Select the event with pending validations.
Tap Sync validations.
Wait until the app confirms that the sync is complete.
After syncing, the offline check-ins will be sent to the system.
If sync fails
If something goes wrong, keep the app installed and do not delete the event data. Try syncing again using a stable connection.
