InPeace Manager lets you validate attendees' tickets from your phone in a practical and secure way on the day of the event.
Your church can check in attendees in two ways:
Online: using an internet connection, with real-time validation.
Offline: using an attendee list previously downloaded to the device.
How to access events
Download the InPeace Manager app from your device's app store.
Log in with the same credentials you use on the InPeace platform.
From the main menu, open the events area.
Choose between the Online or Downloaded tabs, depending on how you want to operate.
Online validation
Use online validation when the event location has a stable internet connection.
In this mode, each validated ticket is confirmed in real time by the system. After scanning the QR Code or validating manually, the app will show whether the ticket was validated, had already been used, or is not valid for that event.
Offline validation
Use offline validation when the event location has no internet connection or an unstable connection.
To use it, you must download the attendee list before the event while connected to the internet. After that, the event will appear in the Downloaded tab and can be operated without internet.
Important: the offline list includes the attendees available at the time of the download. New registrations made after that will only appear if the list is updated while connected to the internet.
How to validate a ticket
You can validate tickets in two ways:
By QR Code: tap the scan option, point the camera at the ticket QR Code, and wait for the app response.
From the attendee list: search for the attendee's name, open the ticket details, and tap Validate ticket.
After validation, the app will show whether the ticket was successfully validated, had already been used, or was not found.
After offline validation
If you validated tickets offline, you must sync the validations when you have internet access. This sync sends the check-ins made on the device to the system and updates the event data.
While there are validations pending sync, the event may show a warning in the app.
